Straight forward but casual with open conversation, including role play, which allows you to showcase your talent. There were two peers presiding over the meeting and both were very informative.

The interview process consists of a few interviews with managers, counselors, clinical supervisors. I wold rate the interview process as thorough which is good for the position but it takes a long time for them to get through the process and hear back from them.
