A short phone call which lasted for approximately 20 minutes. I was asked about myself and my career and experience, and about my qualities/behaviours for example what my experience in leadership/management was. There were no competency based questions. I was given the chance to ask questions about the role. I was also questioned about my willingness to travel and if the salary advertised was going to be acceptable. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. Unfortunately there was no feedback available afterwards.

Three women interviewed me in person and with it being my first interview in a long time I was incredibly nervous and unfortunately it showed. There wasn't really any small talk to help settle my nerves. I did a simple task beforehand where I had to draft a couple of social posts based on a scenario and the woman who looked after me then was absolutely wonderful, oozed warmth. I am very experienced in Communications, PR and Media and could of done the job with my eyes shut and my CV should have spoke volumes, however my performance and their rigid questions, rather than a conversational type interview got the better of me. Felt like a long interview for a part time very low paid role.
