Got the interview through a friend who worked at the company. Showed up for in-person interview (no phone interviews) and asked about whether or not I could handle the work environment (figure out things on my own, no talking, work tends to be fairly monotonous). Said it sounded perfect; got a job offer on the spot.

Got a group interview to start. Everyone was pretty cordial. Once the interview ended, I was told I started the following Monday and that was it. They also had me fill out a sheet where I had to point out the differences between two pictures and explain what those differences were.
