Pretty easy. Spoke with hiring manager. He asked why I was looking for employment. I responded I just moved to the area. Took my resume and told me to go online and fill out an application.

Brief and easy. The manager and I pretty much told him he would ask a question I would give my answer. I couldn't tell how old he was, found out later he's a year and a half older than I am. Questions about experience and ability to multi task. It is a material intense training program so one must learn the menu, ingredients, and recipes. Along with the ability to learn wine pairings, tastes, and varietals.
