Initial Phone call interview, around 30 minutes mainly behavioral and tell me about yourself. Next round virtually with some scenario questions overall a good experience. Review resumes beforehand and connect with the interviewer.
The interview process was extremely simple. There were two interviews, both were very behavioral. Asked about character strengths and weaknesses, my career experience, and what was to be expected for the position.

Much more relaxed than your typical interview and more so like a regular conversation. They put me through two different interviews, one with a newer employee and one with a cofounder.
