The Loop Marketing interview questions

I was first contacted by the CEO, Elijah Litscher, on 10/11 in order to schedule a 15-minute introductory phone call. We talked on 11/13 for the first time. He told me about the role and asked about my experience. It was brief and comparatively casual. I enjoyed the conversation and began considering a career at TLM, so I came to Glassdoor to learn more about the culture. It was then that I learned of the many negative experiences that had occurred between former employees and the CEO (the kind gentleman I just spoke to? No...). I was cautioned, but I continued on. Elijah wanted to talk again at greater length on 10/18. When the conversation was wrapping, he said he would be making a decision by the end of the week (it was Monday). He said "don't be surprised if you don't hear from me by next Monday" (a week from then). I was all set, feeling good about my potential employment. Finally, my hard work and endless interviews had paid off! I was still concerned about the reviews, but I figured I could try it out and see if the culture was toxic for myself (desperate times, and all that). Monday came and went, and I heard nothing. By the following Friday, I still hadn't heard from him, so I decided to send a friendly follow-up of continued interest. That was 5 days ago. I know that ghosting culture is common in the dating world, but it is still hurtful. In the corporate world, it is completely unprofessional. I gave you two of my lunch breaks, sir. The least you could do is afford me with a rejection email. I am no longer interested in working for this company. I am embarrassed to have continued through the process after learning the things others have experienced, via this platform. Don't apply here.
