There was a two round process and i did not get hired. I was asked general interview questions and then asked to complete an example social media campaign. The project included their photos and font. Asked to put together a few different campaigns for Social media.

HR takes forever to get back to candidates. You’re given a phone screening and then an assignment to do. The assignment is lengthy and is essentially a free way for the company to get new strategy and content ideas. There is little communication and then you get ghosted because of the “high number of applicants.” Recruiter literally told me that it’s hard to fill this position because they’re picky. Apparently so picky that an entry level position hasn’t been filled for months. The salary range was also low. For a non profit that supposedly loves and care about people, they give no due respect to candidates that put a lot of time and effort into the interview process - even after second or third steps.
