First round, I spoke to a recruiter and asked about experience with tools, generally similar to a first round interview with HR. Second round was a SQL test on coderbyte. Relatively entry level questions where you answer 4 SQL questions, you are given 1 hour to run the questions and are able to know when you’re submitting the correct answer.

Interview
I interviewed for the Social Media Content Manager position and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The interview was scheduled for 20 minutes but only lasted around 10. The recruiter mentioned that my resume got messed up in their system, so she didn’t know anything about my background going into the call. Because of that, she barely asked any real or thoughtful questions that would help her get to know my experience.
I took time to give a solid introduction, but she repeated questions I had already answered, which made it feel like she wasn’t really listening or engaged. The whole conversation felt rushed and very robotic, like she was just going through the motions instead of actually trying to understand whether I’d be a good fit.
It left me feeling like I didn’t get a fair chance to present myself or what I could bring to the role, which was disappointing given how excited I was about the position and the company.
