The LCF Group interview questions

Applied Online. There were no real interviews. On the day of the interview, they made me wait for 50 minutes. Then the manager came and said she was in a meeting. No real questions were asked. She just explained the position for 5-10 minutes. Thats all. When I follow up with them they said they already selected someone else.
