Interview
I was invited for a first interview with the recruiter, then I went onsite for the final interview, but I have decided not to accept offers from them because of the toxic work environment and the unhetical business model they have. I spoke with many ex employees on the phone and they all shared horror stories and stories of severe burnouts inside the company.

Interview
I had an initial screening interview with HRBP and then an in-person interview with two hiring managers. I had the opportunity to describe my experience and they asked specific questions on my background and behavioral with supporting examples. Despite the fact that I had an in-person interview, the rejection email was general, impersonal and aspecific. When I asked for further clarification, they disappeared. Moreover, they completely disregarded the fact that I had to plan the visit to their office in advance (obviously they were aware of my situation) and they confirmed the interview two days before.

Interview
The Interview process consisted of four steps. Sending an application, followed by an online call with HR to confirm interest, basic skills and knowledge and importantly company culture fit. Third step was a live interview in the office, I was asked more practical questions (duration cc 2 hours). Last step was a Trial Day to meet the team I might be working with and confirm again interest and cultural fit.

The live interview with practical questions had a lot of questions like: "Tell me about a time when you ... " (e.g. dealt with a difficult client and needed to say no to this person)... etc.
