Interview
The interview process includes meeting the hiring manager and then a panel with similar candidates. The panel includes senior and more junior product managers. Both interviews were virtual. The emphasis was product market fit and supporting products across different life cycle maturity levels.

Interview
I went through 2 panel interviews, both of which focused on behavioral and skill based questions. After being extended a verbal offer and stating that I would like to see a formal offer (including benefits) prior to accepting, I was told it would come via email within 24 hours. Instead I received a boilerplate rejection email with no explanation as to why the offer was rescinded. I followed up twice with the hiring manager to better understand the decision and never received a response. Overall, I’m feeling relieved to not have accepted a job where the applicants are treated so poorly.
