The interviewers themselves were professional and friendly, and the conversations felt constructive and respectful.
What could be improved: After completing multiple rounds of interviews totaling several hours, the final communication was an automated rejection email sent through the HR system. Given the time investment required from candidates at later stages of the process, a more personalized response or brief feedback would improve the overall candidate experience.
