Submitted an application, my resume and a coverletter to the company website. I was called and asked general questions about my professional status and qualifications over the phone, then an interview was set up with clinical director and LPC supervisor. First interview covered clinical experience and education, intern experience. Another interview was set up with business manager to cover compensation and expectations for the job.
