I first spoke with a woman who asked basic HR questions, then what I presume to be the director or manager came out afterwards and it felt more personal. The whole process took around 20-30 minutes.
Bring lots of enthusiasm and energy. The Henry emphasizes hospitality, so focus on creating a warm, welcoming environment. Show genuine interest in guest experiences and a positive attitude throughout the interview.
