The Giving Block interview questions

Met with two managers who were clearly distracted throughout the interview and then met with one of the founders who asked very interesting questions. They typically hire someone in this role with extensive experience in fundraising - example: major gifts officer

This was a a very positive experience with two interviewers from The Giving Block. The questions addressed experience in a startup environment and management role. Most of the questions were situational and behavioral and were not overly complicated.
