Interview
About a week after applying online, I received an email to set up an in-store interview. I was interviewed by three members of the management team. I was asked to discuss my previous customer service experience, qualifications, and to tell them about myself. They really value originality and personality, so I think the biggest part of the interview was ensuring I could fit into their diverse and unique service team.
