The interview process was managed through a recruiter. After passing the initial recruiter connection, the direct interactions with both HR and engineering management were gated behind passing a personality test. The HR team does not share the results with the candidates. I do not know how I scored, but after a few days of silence, I insisted on an in-person interview, received one, and was sorely disappointed upon witnessing the state of the manufacturing floor. There was equipment strewn everywhere, unsafe tooling, un-regulated forklift pathways, warehouses stacked to the ceiling with leaning cardboard towers, the list goes on.
Despite the efforts it took to get an interview, I declined further conversations with the company for concern for my own personal safety if I were to take a position at the company.
