Interview
Chef called me, had me come in for interview after indepth conversation on the phone. I then came in for interview, after which she asked me to come back the next morning for the cooking portion of the interview process. I also met the Director of Food Service that day. After that, Director walked around campus with me, and showed me the different areas/kitchens and where we would serve. It really was a great overall experience interviewing there.

Question 1
Most difficult portion may have been the cooking portion, only because I had a deadline of sorts, and had no idea where things were in the kitchen. I tried asking others, but they seemed to not know what I was asking for.
