The interview process was very smooth, starting with me going through my previous employment history and questions about certain scenarios that I faced within these roles. These included whether or not I encounted any difficult customers and how I approached and resolved them.

I got called to discuss availability and start date. It was a very easy process as no competency questions were asked, these were already answered on the application form prior to being called.
