It was an easy interview, I did a screening call with the agency and then had a video call interview with the area managers and they called me and informed me about the job requirements, they called me on the phone to confirm the job

Interview
It was okay, there were not much information given to me about the job. And the commission system was not explicitly mentioned, would have liked to know about it as it meant that my colleagues will be cutthroat about getting sales.
I went to the store. Waited for 10 mins (after the other candidates' interview). The manager is very nice. She asked me around 10 questions about the sales and customer service. About took 30 mins to finish. She told me will give me a call on next day if any answer. She need to talk to her boss as well.
