Very hard and discouraging, it’s overwhelming at times , and make you second guess yourself . In all my years of working I’ve never experienced that. Its almost like they don’t want to hire anyone

Very long and difficult. They will ask you an extensive list of questions and expect to be at the top of your game. They will look into how passionate and driven you are. The company is looking for "go-getters". If you aren't a self starter, don't apply. It's hard, but worth it.
