It was a cordial and mutually respectful interview process executed by the English-Speaking Union Nigeria, Director General-Prince Michael Ajose in his home which exuded a touch of relical regality. His residence also doubles as his workplace and company operating base.

Interview
There is a long list of standard questions that range from what you understand to be the purpose of the organisation to how you would structure debate projects for people with no debate experience and how to reach out to volunteers. A lot of the questions focused on organisational skills.
