Quick responses and easy interviewing process for the internship that I was applying for. The roles and responsibilities of being an intern were clearly outlined and expectations were discussed at length which was appreciated.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Daily Caller (Washington, DC) in Dec 2020
Interview
It was very relaxed and the interviewer clearly knew how to discern between qualified candidates and those who were just "looking to fill their summer." Though, I will say you might need to demonstrate a relatively high knowledge of current events for the job—I would be shocked if anyone thought otherwise.

Interview
Applied online. Got an email a day or two later asking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was fairly easy, just basic questions about my goals and any experience I've had both on my resume and off it. The interviewer told me I'd be contacted no matter what within a week and I was. I accepted the offer.
