      Interview

Misleading — very salesy approach and emphasis on the company side. Much more listening to them talking than answering any difficult questions. Work week minimum 50 hours and on up from there.

      Interview

I had a pre-screen with a recruiter, followed by a personality test interview. Then a phone interview, followed by two interviews with different people. I didn’t have the time to continue this lengthy process. The above process was almost 5-weeks long.

What I disliked about my current job.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have a very thorough process to make sure we hire the right talent both for us and them. 5 weeks is absolutely too long as managers normally get through the process in about 5-7 days depending on availability by them and the interviews. My apologies for that. Hope you are doing well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group

      Interview

I went through about 6 interviews. I guess the last interview didn’t like me because shortly after the last one I was rejected via email. But each interview they asked the same exact questions and even started off the same exact way “so candidate, before we get started don’t tell me anything about your professional career, I want to hear about your personal life. What do you like to do on your time off?” Very scripted and didn’t seem genuine at all. Too tedious of an interview process. Everything was done virtually and I feel like they even stated that it would be recorded so why not just show my recorded interview to the other people? I would not recommend. They also ask in various different ways how you go about writing employees up if they aren’t performing.

      Question 1

Tell me about yourself. How do you give difficult feedback and hold teams accountable.
