      Recruiter Interview

      Jan 25, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group

      Interview

The Interview process was very detailed. I like the fact that they take such pride in finding the right candidates. I had no problem going through a lengthy process because I truly knew exactly what I was getting into. The process started with a typical phone screen, a structured interview followed by three in person interviews and was concluded with a shadow day. They were willing to work around my schedule and very communicative about all steps involved. Not your typical process but one I truly enjoyed. By the end of the interviewing experience I knew exactly what the role would entail and had exposure to alot of different leaders from within the organization.

      Interview

Went through two interviews, one over the phone and one over Zoom. I found my recruiter to be extremely helpful and so great to work with throughout the process. Even though I did not get the job I found the process to be a great learning experience and I learned a lot.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Miamisburg, OH) in Feb 2016

      Interview

It can be lengthy and a little repetitive, but it's a good process to select the right people. Candidates are bought-in and very interested once they've gone through the process and eager to hear an offer.
