Phone Interview, Assessment Centre, Presentation and face-to-face interview, then technical interview if interested in technical route. Very enjoyable process with very professional and helpful staff. The time it took to complete the whole interview process is not very accurate as this was affected greatly by COVID19. The phone interview will go over your CV, talk about the role you have applied for and your studies and interest in the field. During the assessment centre you will be doing group and individual exercises. The face-to-face interview will start with a presentation on a topic provided by The Config Team, then the interview will begin straight after asking questions on your CV and build off that. The technical interview was then done with some of the technical team at the company through a video call which was questions about what type of things I have done throughout my studies and spare time.
