The interview was split into multiple interviews and I had several one on one interviews. Both of the interviewers were very friendly. There were a lot of behavioral questions as well as general knowledge of the health industry.

One HR interview with behavioral questions. One interview with actuarial analysts and one with the hiring manager. HR interview was basic behavioral question. The other two were a little more technical. Asked what location I would want to work at.

I interview with Senior Actuarial Analyst, asked me behavioral questions like how I have handled conflicts. It will be not that difficult if you prepare interview well. The look like having good work environment.

It is very comfortable. When you answer questions, the interviewer will takes some notes. Overall it's a comfortable conversation. Be prepared to share some good stories about your previous experience.
