I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Cigna Group in Sep 2021
Interview
There are two rounds. First interview was fine. It was with 2 people, and I was lucky to have nice people. Second round consisted of a reallllly long session that you had to attend that shows you the culture, talks with higher-ups, etc. There's another behavioral and suprisingly no technical. Biggest problem was that people conducting my interviews weren't even recruiters - they were people within the same program who had accepted FT roles. Not sure how I feel about that still.

Recruiter call first to phone screen then group interview. It was a pretty mild process and was not super challenging, there was never really a coding portion but we had to work with a group to walk through a technical issue and figure out how to fix it and what role we would play
