1st virtual interview with an Associate and Manager. Straight-forward behavior questions so do the STAR method. They're looking for customer-centricity, influence/leadership, business acumen. Having a healthcare or business background is helpful but not necessary

After submitting my resume an email was sent to schedule and interview with 2 people who are currently in the program. It was a relaxed process and asked your basic behavioral questions.

accommodating, friendly and informational. Easy to approach, gives details about the internship is willing to work around you and is upfront about the whole process. Internships are not suppose to be super easy but they made this one effortless. Employees were easy to talk to.
