Email invitation for interview, then a one hour interview. After that, came an offer. There was no long drawn out interview process it was a pretty easy accept interview, interview, then get an offer or rejection.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I first had a phone screening/interview. After the phone interview I was offered to come in person for a panel interview. They asked a lot of behavioral type questions. Once I completed the in person interview, I waited to hear from the talent acquisition employee who originally gave me the phone interview. Once he contacted me, I was offered the position with the starting salary and asked if I would accept the position. Once I accepted, I had to schedule a drug test, nicotine test, and fill out paperwork. After I filled out everything I informed him of the completion and got the approval to start my first day.

Interview
The interview was sooo good! This is how my process went:
She started it off by introducing herself and telling me a little about her. She then asked me to do the same. Then She went over the role responsibilities in depth and talked about the company. She didn’t really go into my experience that much. She asked me 5 open ended questions (ex: name a time you failed and something and what did you do to come back from it). She had me do a role play scenario as well. The interview lasted an hour. I interviewed at 9am and I got my offer call at 6:30pm the same day.

The Prescreen and recruiters are horrible. I was told I had an offer and a start date as well as trainers name given to me. I just kept getting apologies about their system. Reapplied and interviewed again and now no offer. Make it make sense!!
