Applied online. 2 weeks later got a call for an interview. Showed up and it ended up being a huge group interview. Went to room and was asked one question and that was tell me about yourself. Then was given an overal description and was told we would only get 0-8 hours a week. She said if we were still interested to call in 24 hours to set up another interview. Didn't bother calling back because the hours sucked and I wasn't going to waste my time driving to the mall to only work 4 hours and make nothing at all.

One interview with pretty standard questions. They have you come on site. The manager interviewed me along with another applicant at the same time and we went back and forth on our answers.

Interview
Very casual, just asked simple and basic questions. Made me feel comfortable, as it was my first interview. I expected it to be challenging and the interviewer to be strict but she was very nice and smiled, which helps. She just asked a few questions and my availability, and that she would get back to me in one week. The process took about 15 minutes.
