You can only apply online. There is a long "agree/disagree" assessment you have to pass to even be considered. The actual interview has many specific questions about how to handle associates who aren't motivated, how to engage customers, how to handle busy days, time management, how to handle personal issues at work, how you handle arguments/disagreements with other employees at work.

I was asked how to handle a week without the store manager. At the time I obviously wasn't aware of how the store worked so it was hard to answer.
Interviewed with the store manager first she liked me so I had to go through two more interviews. One with the district manager and another manager at a different Location.

Interview
I interviewed with the store manager for an associates position and got the job, 2 years later I got promoted to store lead and any management position requires you to interview with the district manager. I had a phone interview with her and the process was simple because I had been with the company a few years prior and had interacted with her before.

Interview
15 minute interview, it was very casual. I got a call that evening with the DM and I started next day after interview with minimal training. Very laid back interview, not really any difficult questions.
