I applied online and got a call a couple weeks later. My interview was a group one that included people going for sales associate and lead. While i was waiting to be interviewed they asked all of us to pick any item in the store that item came into play in the interview when they asked us why we chose the item and to sell it to them. The rest of the interview consisted of general questions.
