Interviewer asks 10-12 long questions for half an hour but they were really easy! Then I had to do an over the phone interview which was frustrating! I got the offer few days after my phone interview.

2 interviews, 1st with store manager in person describing skills, customer service experience, and how to manage stressful situations. 2nd interview is over the phone with District Manager. During the 2nd interview most questions were regarding your individual management style and if you are selected for the position how do you plan on helping the team culture pursue key targets.

It was simple. Asked me about my experience and what I was to accomplish there. Also asked about starting pay. And if I worked well with others. It was an amazing job.
