As any other retail job, the application process begins with resume submission in person at the stores. My resume was accepted by another associate and I was told it will be kept on file. Several days later, I received a call from the store manager and scheduled a in-person interview for the next day. I arrived at the store and was interviewed right outside on the bench. After the interview, I was hired immediately.

A structured 15‑minute group interview focused on behavioural questions, discussing past experiences, and demonstrating how your background, skills, and experience align with the expectations and responsibilities of the role. Also, a brief opportunity to showcase communication skills, teamwork, and your overall fit for the position.
