I applied online, and did a fairly extensive personality and IQ test. I was called about a week later and asked to come in for an interview, but was not interviewed over the phone, as many other posts about this employer describe. I arrived about 15 minutes early and was not interviewed until about 10 minutes after the scheduled time by the manger who was there that day.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

3 interviews, first 2 pretty much just about availability, last one was more scenario questions such as what you would do if you noticed a guest wasn't having a good experience and how to better it. Also asked about past work history, specifically if you've worked in retail or fast food/a restaurant before

Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.
