I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Lawrenceville, NJ) in Aug 2021
Interview
Interview consisted of first sitting down with a front of house manager. The process consisted of questions about prior cooking/restaurant experience and was not very stressful. I then met with the GM who further asked about my kitchen experience and some basic personality questions like the type of worker I was. He then asked how much per hour I wanted to be paid.
