Went through initial interview with HR. Was given a load of homework to complete which took about 3 hours to fill out. Basically an executive summary of major projects and accomplishments. No response for two weeks. Reached out to HR and told salary expectations did not meet theirs which meant I wasn’t moving forward. If that was the case I never should have had to do the extra work.
