I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Center for Wound Healing (Bremerton, WA) in Sep 2013
Interview
I was optimistic about this position but left the interview demoralized. Despite having a CHT designation and safety director training, I was asked (by non-certified technicians) to answer questions about how many atmospheres x feet of sea water is and "if you decompress the chamber at 10 feet per minute, how long will it take you to reach the surface from 2.0 atm?"
Add this to the backdrop that the job description made it quiet clear that they wanted people to be "more than just a tech". So why not talk about marketing and operations rather than treat me as a junior employee?
I chalked up the experience to the interviewers being threatened by me which is unfortunate. I was hoping to learn more about wound care while contributing my extensive knowledge of diving and hyperbaric medicine.

Question 1
I asked for clarification what L.O.P.I meant (since it's NOT a standard term).
