At the appropriate time of term the Union alerts all members that appointed positions are available. After a brief online application I was asked to interview, which consisted of a panel of the President, Vice-President, Executive Officer and other officers for the upcoming term. The questions were focused on two areas of competency, technical (for obvious reasons) and organisational.
