I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at The Boston Beer Company in Jan 2014
Interview
The hiring process was very long and tedious. I applied online and received almost immediate feedback via phone and email. However, I did not have an actual in person interview for at least a month after initially applying. After my first interview, there were a series of phone interviews- HR called me on almost a daily basis. After that, a second interview was set up for a few weeks in the future. In total, the interview and hiring process took about 2.5 months. I was told this was a short period of time in comparison to a lot of other hires. Once hired, I was relocated to my new city and role almost immediately and had orientation about a week after accepting the job.

Question 1
I was asked to name a time I did not get my way and how I reacted and handled the situation. Questions in my interview were not what I was expecting. I was asked what the theme song to my life was. I think I was asked these questions to see how I think on my feet..
