I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Borgen Project (Rochester, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied online, they contacted me a few days later and asked me to complete an assessment quiz within a week. A day after I submitted my quiz, I received another email to schedule a Skype phone interview with me. The whole interview was literally only 10 minutes...only six questions: How did you hear about us? Have you ever been fired from a job? Have you had any fundraising experience? What is one thing that your professor or supervisor tells you to work on? (I think this is asking what your weaknesses are) Are you able to work 16 hours a week? What separates you from other candidates? All very straight-forward and basic interview questions, and I got the offer the next day.

I applied online. I interviewed at The Borgen Project (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
Very quick and easy, and took around thirty minutes. I heard back within a day that I was successful. The interviewer was very nice and the conversation was easy flowing. However, I am not just how real this opportunity is.

Question 1
Tell us about you. Why are you suitable for this role?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Borgen Project in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview was virtual. The email scheduled for a specific time, interviewer was 30 minutes late. Seemed like applicants were scheduled for 6 PM and not given specific time slots. Interviewer seemed in a rush.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Borgen Project in Oct 2019
Interview
I submitted my resume and, after a few days, received a request to complete a "quiz assessment," which I was given 7 days to complete. After submitting the 10 question assessment about the organization, there is a phone interview through Zoom. It lasted for 5 minutes, and it was straightforward and easy.
