There were several rounds of interviews, beginning with a phone screen, followed by two rounds with HR, the hiring manager, and the analysts you will support, and a final round with your fellow assistants.

Overall the interviews were very professional and well organized. The interviews were structured about 50/50 with technical and fit questions. Technical questions were typically structured with multiple stages to work through.
