I would recommend avoiding interviewing here if you can, they will likely waste your time. TAG had me visit for a week for a job interview. I was supposed to meet the CSO first thing Monday morning, but he actively avoided me until mid-day Wednesday. When I finally met him, he failed to take responsibility for avoiding me the first half of the week, and rather blamed it on my "poor communication" (I asked front office staff for him 7 times). I never met anyone that is involved with engineering, despite them claiming to be assessing me for an engineering position. According to the staff, the assessment on their side was being performed by the front office staff and a contracted teacher who was only there for the week. I do not understand how they expected to assess an engineer based on the opinions of front office staff and a contracted teacher who didn't work at TAG. They sat me in the classroom and ignored me, despite my repeated requests to speak with the CSO or CEO. This is unacceptable for an engineering position. The culture seems bizarre at TAG. Most people come in after 9 and leave well before 5. I left Thursday because of my terrible experience and stopped in to explain that I would not be returning. I asked for both the CSO and CEO and had a conversation with the COO. Upon leaving, I was told by the COO that the CSO and CEO would each individually call me by the end of the week. Unsurprisingly, no one called. The one silver lining is they were prompt about reimbursing expenses. In summary, this was a terrible interview experience and a complete waste of time. I cannot stress this enough: The entire time I was there, I did not meet any engineers, and only saw a classroom environment. There is nothing I saw at TAG that indicated they do any engineering, despite me being there for 4 days.
