The interview focused on the history of the agency, personal experience/skills within social work, where I'd like to be in my career 5 years from now, work style, etc.

applied online, had phone conversation, was invited to 2 interviews, one individual with key person and one group with several people. Had good connection with the individual interviewer but when I was at the group interview I got the impression that they were already going with someone else and their reply to me was that while they liked me and felt I had strong experience, they were going with someone who had more direct experience in the entertainment field.
