      Class 2 Driver Interview

      Feb 25, 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Manchester, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at The AA (Manchester, England) in Feb 2026

      Interview

The interview had me doing too much maths to figure out working time directives when I was completely unaware that those questions would come up again after so many years. I understand it's important to know working time directives but it's more so a community thing to know rather than a individual thing to know. Very unfair to fail someone with vast experience for not knowing something that could've just been shown on a quick refreshers video...

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The average work time according to EU rules per week/what is the maximum time you are allowed to work in a day after a reduced rest period/what is the maximum time you can work in a week after a reduced rest period
