Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your continued commitment over the past 5 years. It’s fantastic to hear how positively you view our culture, our people, and the forward-looking direction of the business. We’re also pleased that the investment in our workplace environments, including the refurbished offices, has made a positive impression. Creating spaces that support collaboration and provide a great place to work is an important part of enhancing the colleague experience. We appreciate your balanced comments around the pace of the business. As we continue to evolve and deliver change, we recognise that our fast-paced, action-oriented environment can be demanding. While this won't suit everyone, we remain committed to supporting our colleagues through change and ensuring they have the tools, development, and support needed to succeed. Thank you again for your contribution and for everything you do to support our people and customers.

Pros

Great people culture. Forward thinking with great aspirations to keep moving forwards. Opportunities to grow within the business. Commitment to training staff in AI. Some excellent perks such as free breakdown cover.

Cons

Reward benefits could be stronger. No yearly individual person development pot to fund up-skulking courses or qualifications. 3-day per week in office commitment required.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your continued commitment over the past 5 years. It’s fantastic to hear how positively you view our culture, the opportunities to grow within the business, and our ambition to keep moving forward. We’re especially pleased that our investment in AI skills, learning opportunities, and colleague benefits such as free breakdown cover have made a positive impact. Supporting our people to develop new skills and build successful careers remains a key priority for us. We also appreciate your honest feedback around our reward offering and personal development funding. We regularly review and benchmark our salary, reward offering, and wider benefits to ensure we remain competitive, and feedback like yours helps shape future discussions. We recognise how valuable dedicated learning opportunities can be for colleagues looking to build new skills and gain professional qualifications. We also recognise that hybrid working arrangements won't suit everyone. Our approach is designed to support flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring teams have regular opportunities to collaborate, learn from one another, and maintain strong connections. Thank you again for your contribution and for the work you do supporting our customers and the continued success of The AA.
