They do Phone Interview or interview in person if you are in LA. The questions are not hard at all. If you have good experience or graduated from good school you should be fine.

I got referred by my friend who had already worked for T & A for a while. The boss has asked my resume in advance. During the interview, he asked me something about my previous internship and college projects. Since my interest is basketball on the resume, the boss also asked about my favorite NBA team. The whole process is not very overwhelming.
