Applied to this position through my internship at a Textron business unit. Heard back from the program manager in several days. Received an offer after a phone screen and a recommendation from my manager.

Behavioral interview only with a focus on technical work I have done in the past. Also a big emphasis on previous leadership experience that I have had. Spent a good amount of the interview in casual conversation with the interviewers.
