Interview
I went in and was told to apply online, the next day i got a call from one of the mananagers, I then came into the interview and was hired after a very brief discussion. I then had to finish paperwork on the computer, and over the phone with the headquarters, the training process then took like a week, overallit was a very speedy process, this unfortunetly was one of the only positives from this job.
3 interviews. 3 different managers. all very nice and the questions were standard interview questions. kind of nerve racking though and I personally think 3 interviews is a bit much.

Smooth interview. They want to know your personality and the way you can handle customers and the fast paced environment. Good availability is a must have. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot.

Tell us about your previous experience dealing with an upset customer.
It was incredibly easy. They actually cared about the individual. They treated everyone like family and there was only one interview process. The management team was very welcoming regardless of race, gender, and sexuality.
